I was in that store yesterday and the salesperson told me that I couldn't try on the shoes.. that if I wanted to buy them, it had to be without trying them on.. I just looked for the exit door and I hope I never return to that store..

On May 7th I purchased several items at this location. I purchased several hoodies and one snapback. I also purchased several hoodies and snapbacks in Foot Locker. I did not see my snapback from Champs and at the time could not find my receipt. Two weeks later I found the receipt and contacted Champs's customer service which was NO HELP at all. I spent $32.00 for the snapback and I don't have it.
