The ATM section is very run down, One of the monitors looks like a slot machine, The area needs an up keeping and maybe a little more presentable also for an American Bank why there's not A flag the area it's mostly Veterans, law enforcement and law abiding citizens.

I went in to close my investment account since I lost more than 15K in the last year or so. Made an appointment with the same advisor (Ms. Vesna) who opened my account. Came to find out that you get a COMPLETELY different treatment when you want to close your account versus open one. She was anything but helpful. To the point that made me feel like she was lying to me when she said it would take a week to close my account and get the money back. My instincts lead me to call in the 1800 number to double check, and long and behold, it should have taken only 2 business days. My money was available to direct deposit, but sitting there with a transfer order for next week... I cannot understand why and how someone can be able to treat anyone with their investments this way. I will make sure to avoid this branch and will take my accounts to another bank in the very near future!

Tried calling the Valley Stream branch 4 times (different times of the day) for some information - big surprise - no one answered the phone. Like all the others before me wrote - absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gone are the days when a customer is valued and pampered. We might as well be at the DMV. Get your act together Chase people!!! There are plenty other banks out there. I hope someone in management is monitoring these remarks so some change can be made.

Although everyone in this bank is well trained and uses the highest level of professionalism, they are under staffed which causes wait times.

It's a great bank. Always ready to go the extra mile. I love the convenience of having LOTS of branches in the area. I love them so much I've even performed my magic for them at the grand opening at DUMBO and for an employee appreciation day.

I called the bank this morning to see if I could open a savings account. The person I spoke to actually said there was nobody in the bank to open the account. I guess he did me a big favor, the search is on for a better bank

Last week place was packed the tellers/ workers doing nothing about it. Today staff watch me get skipped on line did nothing about it. Place needs better management.

Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes to get a piece of paper notorized. And no one was abls to help me. This branch should be shut down or management should be changed. Vesna from this branch, an old lady, told me “we don't have to do this for you†- very rude and offensive.
