THEY ARE SELLING OLD BOXED CINNABONS IN FRONT DISPLAY LIKE THERE FRESH!!!!!!!!Little Spanish girl with braces and a attitude at register . Acts like she can't hear me or understand English well . Terrible experience. Didn't know buying a cinnabon was so difficult.pecans was not fresh, cinnabon tasted like they removed it from days old box.i never knew cinnabons can taste different when ordered at a different store.. waste of my 10 dollars.

Customer service is horrible. Cashier was very rude and had an attitude before I could even order anything. Definitely would never come back to this location again. Avoid if you can.

I just left there a few minutes ago the food as usual is fantastic. However the woman at the register was an absolute doll! Brief conversation goes along way when you have good people in the food industry. Hospitality is Key and she executed it extremely incredibly well!

Took my mom shopping at green acres yesterday. The team leader or more than likely the MANAGER was rolling out and making the bons. Her pandora bracelet touched every inch of that Cinnabon...she did not seem to care. At all.

I was on line clearly the next customer and the worker came to the register and spoke to the next two customers and disregarded me... i said I was first I was in front of them .. Then I said forget it!!! Soooo pissed!!!! Oh well!! I won't be going back!!!

Customer service is very important, and this place has great customer service. Not only does the young lady know what I want, without me even asking. She makes a great cup of coffee, and always with a smile. This is a place where I don't mind spending my money.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. They also claimed they didn’t have any of the large boxes for 6 pack, when you can see the boxes right behind the counter. Then they tried to charge $40 for a 6 pack because they “didn’t have the box so it’s being sold individually”.

Well the first thing they have to update their pictures ? Now they don't have specials I wonder what happens to the smell of cinnamon it's gone my advice to them if you want to get rid of the already packs trays make just a few everyone wants a fresh pack and don't get annoyed about it remember if you make a customer happy he will come back and you will have keep your job.To the managers please training is a must for employees or to the owners don't blame the employees get ripoff the manager that's his job.

I usually get good service when lissette is there but this afternoon around 515 pm 11-24-20 she wasn’t there and I was given by the worker Raw Cinnabon’s after asking for a hot box... there wasn’t even a line she gave such a nasty attitude and tried to upsell me , after getting home and opening the box and tasting it realized it was raw because the flour on the bun wasn’t cooked thoroughly am very disappointed they did this to me. I come there often.. lissette is an exceptional worker if she isn’t manager already then she should be.. very hard working and values customers.
