Ryan is my go to guy for ANY auto body work. He’s also a great mechanic. My van got stuck a few blocks away from his shop and I called him for help. He came in a couple of minutes and got my van started. Who does that? I’ve been going to his shop for years. He even inspects my car at the last minute when I forget to get it inspected. Ryan works with you when it comes to pricing out a job and gives you time to pay it off. He’s a family man who you can trust. He’s a Superman!!

Had a really bad experience with my car and another shop, so glad Ryan and his crew were able to help me out. They were able to fix the mistakes that were made from the other shop and did not give me my car back until it was 100% perfect. My car looks and feels so good to the point where you would think it was never in an accident. They take their business very seriously and it shows!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I had to replace my bumper. It was basically falling off (long story). I drove to Competition Collision, Valley Stream because my friend said he had a friend that worked there and it was close considering my bumper was falling off. I liked how Ryan and staff treated me because he secured my bumper and said you could come back when you can leave your vehicle. Felt absolutely no pressure while i needed to figure out my mode of transportation in the meantime. I took a leap of faith using them but they did a fantastic job and I'm very happy. Even though they were short staffed and it was a little difficult to contact them, once I did I communicate my expectations and they more than delivered. Thank you!

The car was completed and work that was done was up to standard. However, I didn't get my car back on the date which I was first told. I understand it was given 4 days prior to fourth of July, however I was told a certain date. With that date I rented a car accordingly. On the said date I texted and called with no response and that behavior continued throughout the weekend. I went to the lot to check on my car and saw it untouched and unlocked. Beyond annoying. I am not used to this type of customer service. The reason why I chose this establishment is because of the good reviews ( Very misleading) and a recommendation I got from someone at a local store. This whole ordeal was very frustrating and draining.
