I bought a red cricket ball which was refurbished not was not mentioned anywhere while buying the product. Leather started coming off after playing few balls not good experience.

Though it was late I received my order after 20 days not sure if it was due to holiday season and I am happy with product, I appreciate the manage who did the follow up after I reported issue, I found the price is competitive than other online stores hence I had placed order here.. so finally dint get disappointed thanks

This place is misleading. I wanted to go to the store to get a bat for my father. I drive 45 min to get here only to find out they are not actually a store but operating out of a garage. Why the business address is even posted truly blows my mind.

I bought SS TON batting pads. After 1 month strap came off I emailed them they said, this pads doesn’t have warranty. No customer service. I bought lot of stuffs from them. They have cheap quality stuff.Manager Hayat emailed me and helped me out with the return. He is responsive and very helpful

Wrong product size sent. I recieved product there were no stickers for size. I requested for return and refund, they didn't mention I will have to pay shipping costs. Finally they didn't do full refund. I had to pay for shipping. Won't do shopping with them again

Looking for cheaper bat, please dont waste their time - I don't know what to say. have bought a bat in past and was a repeat customer. Because of me many of my teammates also got the same bat from them. I wanted to get a specific profile bat under a weight range and despite sending and asking through multiple emails all I get is a link to Kashmir willow bats with no weight mentioned which was the primary criteria I was looking at. Also, out of 12 listing only 3 were avlb rest were sold out so the customer service person could have easily told be if any of these 3 bats suits my criteria but no I have to go and research that myself let him know that the weight is not mentioned in the description. I think its may be an amazing place if you are looking for a expensive bat for a cheaper bat (Hard tennis only) dont bother them pleaseUpdating from 1 Star to 4 Stars: Manager Hayat reached out to me and helped me out with the selection. He is responsive and very helpful. Still docking one star on what happened in beginning but Hayat was exceptional in customer service.

I bought a $349 bat Slazenger V800 G2 They gave me terrible bat they said it was knocked I played 3 balls on the leather ball on the practice match in net and one shot on the bat the toe broke second shot mid sweet spot cracked, I called them they won't take a return or replacement of their broken item don't buy any bat from this seller, they sell you junk charge shipping for $347 bat and send me a broken bat look at the pictures, they never did any knocking claims that they did knocking knocked bat won't break like this in the pictures. Avoid buying anything from this store at any cost.

I placed an order for more than 100 dollars. The very next day the items in my order went on 50% off sale. I was asking them to price match and they immediately agreed, and gave me the difference in credit which can be used for future orders. Customer satisfaction is their atmost priority. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend to buy cricket bats and accessories from them.

I would not recommend, there's no help if the order goes wrong. Paid for 2 pairs of batting gloves from the website. Firstly the item in the pictures is not the item that they sent. But more importantly they only sent 1 set of gloves and I've emailed, called, and left voice messages to either send the second pair or give me my money back and they didn't respond to at all, yet they keep sending spam emails for reviews. In the end I had to put a dispute through my bank. Hopefully they don't keep ripping people off like this.
