Kavin was amazing, very friendly, helpful and he made me so comfortable so it’s time to show me what the storage unit look like and I’m very happy. The place is very clean and I love that the facilities open till 10 PM. I am now a cube smart customer. Also pedro was able to assist with my transfer ti a bigger unit

It was clean, no rodents, and didn’t have a smell. The only bad thing was on the weekend carts aren’t available.

The staff are very friendly.
Environment is very clean and gives a relaxed atmosphere. I could sit on the ground and just meditate.
When I moved to come to cubesmart, I have no idea where I was going to live. But God provided.
I'm going back home to my country.. so I no longer needed the items. So I gave them away.
Thanks guys for providing the space and protecting each and everyone property.

The place is clean easy accessible and price is good. I gave it 4 because I think it should give access til 11 or 12 pm not 10pm because some people do get of work late and might need to grab some stuff. The only negative thing they don't have enough carts to help with the moving

It’s upsetting that in a huge facility like the one on Merrick in valley stream, there are only 2 carts to help you move your things into the unit.
And the staff says oh well people take the carts. That’s not helpful at all !!!

My son's storage unit got robbed. Bought the insurance when he got his unit. Was told there was no proof that his unit was robbed bc the lock was picked and put back on so that it looked as if no one went into it. There are limited surveillance cameras on each floor. When he spoke with the police they showed him a video of his unit getting robbed but that was not good enough for the insurance company. So he is out over four thousand dollars worth of stuff. Buyer beware......Make sure you get a cylinder lock and two other locks for the unit. He had to do that to have a piece of mind.

I thank the manager for taking me at the last minute, assisting me and ensuring my rental was smooth. He did an amazing job. Storage unit was clean had no problems. You do need more carts to bring them in. Suggestion hide Apple Tags so they don't disappear! Have a great day!

Simple process checking in, the storage units are well kept at a nice temperature
