Seems understaffed. When trying to transfer a prescription over from this CVS to a non-CVS local pharmacy, my local pharmacy called twice and got put on hold twice.

Do not trust this location with your important medical prescriptions. They are completely unprofessional members they like talking over customers with out listening. They will question your Dr's professional orders and decide whether or not you need you prescriptions. Hagar is the most unprofessional tevh they have. She should be fired for her behavior.

Supposed to open 9am. It's 915. Manager online for Starbucks, yapping with people. Asked when will open. Told "when I get my coffee"... Others also waitimg. Unreal

I came to get my medication. I stood at the counter for a good two minutes before the lady acknowledge me (not the first nor second time this happened). She was like “can I help you?“ She didn’t even come to the counter she was still at the back asking me if she could help me. I answered her only for her to tell me to speak up, so I started going loud as I think she wanted me to. I said every time I come here you always stay to the extreme back asking me if you could help. She is there to help, I don’t get why we have to yell to to the back of the pharmacy to be helped in the proper way.After the prescription was filled she still carried on and asked me if I don’t see that she was the only person working and there are other CVS that I could’ve went to. I was livid but it was a day of my baby shower and I was not going to go to let her spoil it so I got my meds and left.
