CVS pharmacy located at 44 central avenue in valley stream NY is not like it use to be certain workers are rude and have an attitude like this girl name Sarah who was extremely nasty the lines are extremely long and I have a disability i have back and leg pain many times I have to come back because it's ridiculous then they have this new rule now where they take a back and you have to work around they schedule button line i am completely fed up with them and so now I get my stuff delivered to my house and I advise everyone else to do the same if you can.

Employee was very rude and followed Me very closely around the store as if I was going to steal something . I've been there several times before but this is the first time I've had this kind of experience very Disgusting and unprofessional behavior

Impossible to contact them, phone automated system is confusing and not helpful.
They never have have anything ready, long waits. I don’t blame the staff I think it’s the system.

I'm frustrated. I was not able to pick up an order in time. It was for a fee item that was offered to me in an email. When I went to the store, they said that the item had been returned to the shelf because I didn't pick it up sooner. They said that I would have to reorder it. But, because it was a free reward, I don't have any item number to use to reorder, and I would probably have to pay for it if I did!!!!!

This is by far the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. Mariam and her team at night have given me the run around regarding the status of my prescription for about 6 weeks at this point, due to lack of effort and communication. They don’t leave notes or follow up with the patient or make a simple phone call to verify instead the dr have to call them and they won’t get to the phone any ways. My doctor and I have tried to resolve the issues by issuing confirmations and supporting information they asked for. They make up their own rules. And constantly fighting with the patient for being frustrated with them. Since when I need a to have insurance to buy medication. And not being able to get care because I want to pay out of pocket. Which I have been doing for years. For this cvs and Mariam to tell me I can’t pay for my own medication. And even after the dr called she still acting unprofessional.

Service - especially the cashiers - is consistently terrible. It is exactly why I use self-checkout when possible. If she doesn’t care about customer service, neither do I. In any event, moving on from this particular CVS. Walgreens down the street is much nicer.
