Made a reservation. Decided to call when I was on the way just to make sure everything was ok and the manager Omarion informed me that there was no car. They said they called but mysteriously it didn’t go through.

Needed a rental while my car was getting repaired at Caliber Collision and I had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He's the best!! Very professional and assisted with my claim coverage rental and provided major guidance on my step by step process. It was my very first experience with Enterprise and Im glad that Anthony was the representative that assisted me. Thank You Anthony for making this experience a great one. Will come back again!

Darelle arranged for a staff member to pick me up from the mechanic shop, which was a thoughtful gesture. I rented a car to drive to a funeral. Ed was aware when he confirmed the reservation the day prior to me getting the car. He remembered me and made sure the process to obtain the car was smooth and efficient. Anthony was also helpful and great as well. The service was wonderful and I will definitely use them again.

Be careful when you rent from them they will squeeze in extra $ where they can sneakingly without you noticing, just make sure you asked all the questions necessary before leaving the lot, my credit card was going sky high…. I will never ever rent from them again.. lessened learned

Made a reservation at this branch for well over a week in advance for in important trip. Take an Uber to the location on the morning of the reservation to be told “we called you on your number yesterday to tell you there’s no vehicles available”. Checked my call logs and voicemails, no calls or vm’s from anyone at enterprise. Never had an issue before with multiple other Enterprise branches. Do better.

They prefer to lose a customer then giving him a compact car.They have compact cars on the website at this location, but they said this need to change oil and this will take then 30days to change the oil. Greed of sale people

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Manager Derek and his team at Enterprise when renting a vehicle recently. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact vehicle I desired. Rented a car after my wedding from Enterprise's Valley Stream location to take upstate for a small trip. We worked with Chanique Clarke upon our arrival at the location and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the rental experience fast and ensured that we had a car we were comfortable in. Simply put, Chanique made our day and was a wonderful person to work along side!
