Sneakers and socks only! Not that much help on the floor

Went there to get 3 sneakers for Christmas, there were 5 employees there not attending to any customers. I got 2 pairs of shoes with full attitude from 1 female employee and was awaiting the 3rd pair for over 15 minutes…. We asked 2 employees for assistance with the 3rd pair and it seems as if we were begging it, still there with no assistance from neither the cashiers that we were sitting infront of nor the floor employees…. I had no choice but to walk out without any sneakers…. I’m not one to write bad review but I had to for this experience.

The staff needs to be more aware of store policies and procedures. I called and asked if I was able to return in store and was told that I can, after I speak to costumer service. I also let the staff know I would be heading to the store later on that day to return the item. Upon arrival I was unable to return my item because customer service is only available Mon-Friday ?. So nobody could tell me that when I called over the phone ? It’s just frustrating that a simple “mon-Fri would be the best time to come in store and return an online order”. This simple sentence would’ve went along way for me and the store associate….
