Tried to make a return with a receipt I got from self checkout the only type of check out they have the lady I delt with couldn’t help me because the receipt apparently had no barcode which I didn’t see so I was handed off to another employee who proceeded to tell me their machines don’t do that the receipt would have come out gritty if it had no barcode so they could not refund me so I was confused at the assumption I took the barcode off my receipt for 2 four $ items in attempt to clarify that this was not the case I ended up walking out based on the accusations then asked to speak to management who smelled like weed they told me that the items were not on the receipt and returned me the Receipt as well as the items. So I looked at the receipt lo and behold the items were the first two out of five! So had to have my wife go back in and show them after being told I couldn’t read it was horrible the accusations over 8$ not the money the principal being cursed at and spoken to like I’m slow NOT OK in front of a whole store and children absolutely disgusting.
