Despite a dissapointing experience with customer service and manarisum by one of the Managers Kayla, at this location on 4/21/23., in the evening. In reference to returning some items purchased online it has not nor will it not deter me from continuing shopping at this store. I want to sincerely thank Tyrone one of the Managers for simply hearing me out & returning my package without any dilemmas from the previous visit. It's funny how all it took was for him to scan one my receipts in whichI had all along for my entire purchase to came up on the monitor and that's all it took. Tyrone, again thank you so much for your professionalism, your experience in retail by servicing customers with the upmost respect even when not present. Please, continue doing what you do best. I also complemented and spoke highly of you and the online customer service rep., Jaime who had also sympathized with me in the unsettling experience. P.S., this will still be my go to Guess factory store at Green Acres Mall. ?❤️

The website said the store was open I traveled all the way across town and it was closed! When I called a tall dude with reddish dreads was very nasty and hung up on me!!! You can't get my money being nasty!!!

Bad customer service experience from the cashier lady and unfair treatment. She let her friends go first in the line in front of me even thou I was there waiting and she said I was on the wrong side and they were there first. Totally made it up. There are cameras I am sure I could prove her wrong but what would that change. On top of that she showed quite an attitude. Bad treatment. Awful for the reputation of the store.

For me this is a great place for what I'm here for shopping a lot of merchandise good selection and great offers and sale items you have to understand that now a days companies don't have there full supply of workers and if you want to be pamper the city is the best place I love to go there once in a while you can have wine and your personal helper that will make sure you enjoy your shopping just make sure to bring your special credit card because there's no sales and you will pay for the wine drink it or not.

I love Guess and G by guess been shopping at both for years. Was recently disappointed when I made a purchase 10/4/20. For starters the person who helped me Nagee Lee left out 2 of my items I went to the register with to purchase. Fine over looked that. Two weeks later the bag I purchased, the zipper broke would not close at all. I bring it back in hopes of an exchange cause I liked the bag. The same sales person Nagee Lee assisted me. He told to. Look around and exchange it. As im looking he approaches me to tell.me it looks like the bag was "Over stuffed" and thats why the zipper doesn't work. I could not believe what he was saying. Literally was shocked. When I was trying to tell him the zipper was broken and thats not my fault, he proceed to tell me "you keep talking over me and I'm trying to tell you the bag was not purchased like this" the whole reason why I wanted an exchange or refund. At the end of this uncomfortable Argument he told me he will refund my money. I asked to speak to manager, he is the manager which blew my mind even more. He brings me to the register calls another cashier to give a refund, and tells her "Damage this bag out" Really !!! The bag is damaged and defective. I worked retail for 10 years, someone needs to give him a refresher course. Will never shop at this store.
