A very rude impolite unprofessional employee at that store in Green Acres Mall called Jas had the dignity to yell at customers including myself telling us where to hang clothes and where not to hang them! Then to ask us to leave the fitting room stating “ get out of here” I immediately spoke to the manager who was very polite & apologetic.

Horrible experience! They packed only 1/2 my dress in bag at checkout and expect me to come back and fix their problem (even after I told them multiple times I do not live in NYC!) Absolutely O effort to try and ‘MAKE IT RIGHT!😡

This place is inside the green acres mall in Queens. I went with my husband to get some new clothes, the place was neat, the fitting room was well-kept, it wasn't crowded at all inside despite it was a Saturday afternoon. The workers was very helpful and you can find a piece of almost everything such as kids clothes, men clothes, accessories, phone accessories, and the list goes on

Huge store, well organized, and open late! I made the special trip (not a fan of the city) to exchange items from the men's move collection... only to find out it's only sold at the 34th St location ? I returned the items and left. What a waste of time

Went to the mall early. H&M had a sale. Only on certain item. Honestly, didn't care for the items on sale because most the clothing on the sale rack look old and worn. Not worth buyingn

I didnt enjoy my experience, nothing stood out. The colors were bland as well as the style or lack there of. Just a store with nothing of interest thats would pull me to shop.

Stay away from this location. In order to make revenue in store Marco kept saying your order is canceled you will have to repurchase. How can my order be canceled when I got a text saying less than an hour ago its ready for pick up. From what it looks like they need revenue from in store, guys be careful if they keep doing this to you guys!!! Never coming back here!
