Mostaq Haider, the notary in the bank was very rude when I went to get something notarized. I had doubts about where in the document I had to sign and he started yelling. And then asking personal questions about the amount that was I was being charged to install the Electric charger installation. This is unacceptable. Avoid this branch if you need to get something notarized.

never was greeted at the door, had me standing because there was no seating, no signs of direct for immediate service. A east indian manager walking around not doing much never said hi to any customer, just cleaning up nothing to clean. i have been in citizens bank for about one hour waiting to verify my account online. This citizens needs bette customer services and attention .
I also notice going through the comments that most of the five star reviews are from employees, friends and family of the employees at the bank.

So I came to this bank to get a new debit card. Their printer doesn't work. Okay.
I also asked for change, they also had no change.
What kind of service do you even provide? If you gave absolutely nothing to provide.

The bank is not located in the Mall how GOOGLE SAYS, it is separate in the middle of the parking lot at the AT&T Store

The bank is a joke, use any bank but there’s their app constantly shuts you out, and you have to call up and when you come to this branch they always have system issues and you can’t pull out YOUR money, this bank is a scam.

Citizens used to be HSBC on Long Island, and they are just as bad. When they believe there may be fraud on your account they just put a hold your account. Then you are in a store declined and embarrassed. No call or text, they just put ahold on your account. And when you call the number to get it resolved you are typically on hold for an hour or two. Honestly the worst service I've ever seen from a bank. Absolutely find a different bank to use.

What a huge dissapointment, they've closed so many branches already. Valley Stream branch has terrible customer service, very rude teller, one, just one teller, absolutely no common courtesy, No management or supervisor to speak of. This was the last straw, Considering closing acct and banking elsewhere.

This place has great customer service always friendly great place to do business. Wouldn't mind even working here. Don't mind traveling to get to this bank
