“My husband had gone to Papandrew for repairs and he was able to fix a watch that other jewelers said was impossible to fix. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. “My son requested to get his ears pierced at the age of 10 I was a bit afraid so was he at this location was the best choice we can make they were very gentle and did an amazing job he didn't even feel when the ears actually get pierced. My son love it ? ? it was supposed to only be one side but because the process was so quick and easy we end up piercing both sides of his ears ??”
“I had a great experience at this pandora store today despite it being Mother’s Day and the lines were long . the guy i forgot his name that was handling the online pick up orders today was very helpful and he made sure I got my items today .
