They understand that your buying jewelry and that ur spending ur hard worked money for it and that it can sometimes be sentimental pieces for someone u love, so they really put in the effort to satisfy their customers. The piece I ordered came out so fire!!! It was neat and the lettering was stunning! I ordered for the holidays and it came right on time no stress no worries no having to stalk them for updates. “My husband had gone to Papandrew for repairs and he was able to fix a watch that other jewelers said was impossible to fix. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. The repair costs were incredibly reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to purchase any of the pieces I tried on.This is the jeweler you were always looking for!”
