I don't write reviews often, but Johanna made an impression I have to share. My mother and I came in because a gem had fallen out of her ring — it needed repair, and honestly, we were both a little anxious about it. From the moment we started talking with Johanna, that anxiety melted away.
There was a hiccup pulling up my mother's information in their system, the kind of thing that could easily throw off your whole day. But Johanna stayed calm, patient, and kind through all of it, working it out without ever making us feel rushed or like a burden. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right for us, not just getting us out the door.
She was warm, easy to talk to, and so friendly that it stopped feeling like a transaction at all — it felt like she was taking care of us. That kind of above-and-beyond effort is rare, and it means so much when you find it. Johanna is the gold standard for what excellent customer service should look like, and my mother and I are so grateful we had her helping us that day.
