I purchased shoes as a gift for my wife. That was easy enough. The size was wrong. When ny wife went with the receipt to return the shoes she was told she couldn't get store credit and she needed the credit card to return the item. They could only return the money to the card. She returned with the card and this time they didn't ask for the card just returned the money to my card. How do they not offer store credit? That makes it impossible for a gift to be returned and the party get the value of the gift. This was the first and last experience.

The staff at this location are a credit to the Journeys stores. They are very courteous, efficient and know their stock. I had an image of an UGGS boot we were looking for for our granddaughter and Jamesley knew exactly what we were looking for and came back within a minute with them. Thank you very much Jamesley.

I was in the store wanting to change two pairs of shoes, very heavy service on the part of the employees, I just wanted one more number of those who were already returning and they went crazy and they said that in the styles of shoes that I was looking for there were no more, they showed me different styles that I even told you look like a man to which she answered prepotently, BUT they are not,,, look for employees really kind and eager to work and also not to be racist, beautiful shoes but with the very personal weight of today, those of Sunday were very friendly!

I would bit shy at first but a Journey staff member was so kind to help me out I needed a comfortable walking shoe because I usually be on my feet all day in my line of work she make sure I got the right shoe and I was so grateful for that I love the shoe so much I went back a second time and got a pair for my father great company and great staff

they were very rude, only asked what i needed and then lift to go to her friends about what i wanted..not in a good way..the overall experience is that i was very unsatisfied and didn’t buy anything because she rather go talk about what the customer response was on a band then ask if i needed anything else..
