Worst service ever !!
I went to do my eyebrows horrible experience. Place is very dirty and the my eyebrows came out horrible. I had to let them grow I told her to please reshape them . She talk to me like she knew what she as doing but horrible . No shape one thinner than the other and wax all over my face . I told her I didn’t like them and she wanted to take out more I told her I didn’t want her to touch them anymore . She did not clean me up all she did was put oil on them . I still paid because I wanted to get out from there quick . And when I was paying she still had the audacity to ask for a tip ! Worst place ever do not recommend at all . I went somewhere else right away and the other place I went to were able to fix them and did a great job . Never again!

The ONLY place I go to get my nails done! Gel manicure is reasonably priced and lasts a full 2 weeks. AMY is maticulous and cares about every detail, takes her time, and has a gentle touch. Thank you Katy Nails for always accomodating my schedule and fitting me in! ?

Came here on a whim searching for good nail salons near by. This one had pretty good reviews so i said why not try it out. Great thing is there was no wait. I picked my color and sat for my pedicure quickly. The pedicure went quickly and I didn't truly see anything good nor bad about it. My gel manicure also went at a decent pace. I just didn't feel the friendly vibe I usually like to encounter when going to get my nails done. The place is pretty cluttered where the pedicure area is. I can see they get regulars there who make appointments so I am grateful they let me walk in. However every appointment that was made that came in, had to wait 20-30 minutes (not for my person, perhaps she only does walkins) because of this i wouldn't feel comfortable making an appointment with the chance I would still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Nails lasted shorter than I typically wait to get them redone, so I won't be returning. Still on the search for "my place" sigh.

Please note that it's Kathy's Nails!! This was my first time, and it won't be my last. This is now my nail place. After so many disappointing experiences at other places, I did my research, and found Kathy's, made an appointment for today, and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They do a great job and they take their time, and the prices are GREAT!! What a wonderful experience. I am so happy to have a regular nail salon again after so long.Services: Pedicure

Ever since I moved around I have been going to this place; they have been very nice to me and always do a great job. This nails are a week old and they are in great shape usually they last about 3weeks something more.
