machine wouldn’t give me laundry card after i paid, worker told me to contact my bank and refused a refund, i was double charged, no service, expensive, dryers wash the off the color and lettering off clothes, smells unpleasant as soon as entering, shrunk the length of all my pants. never had this experience at a laundry mat before. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I loved using this laundromat. Admittedly, I very rarely go to laundromats. However, I wanted to use a wash and fold service for clothes that I was beginning to fall behind on washing. Let me tell you, the process of dropping off and picking up was seamless from start to finish. Priscilla took great care to explain how it all works. Once the clothes were ready (the next business day), I received a text message and picked them up with no issues. More than reasonable in terms of prices for the wash and fold service as well. Thank you Laney's. I hope to give you more business in the future.
