TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! Do not even deserve one star?DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I ordered a bed 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY KEPT ON POSTPONING THE DELIVERY AND THEN THEY CANCELLED IT ALTOGETHER. Kept saying they have it in stock but never received it. Extremely rude on the phone when we called to inquire about it the day it was supposed to be installed. The lady on the phone had an attitude because we were wondering when are they coming! Terrible! They left us for 3 months waiting for a bed and then cancelled the order. Terribly unprofessional, do not shop here for furniture for your own good:)!

HORRIBLE !!!! IVE BEEN WAITING TWO MINTHS FOR MY NEW BED. AFTER WAITING TWO MONTH & THEM TELLING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY THE GIVEN DATE AFTER THE DELAY. THEY CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK ???? . HOW IS IT OUT OF STOCK AND YOU CHARGED ME . HAD ME WAIT TWO MONTHS. Even though I wasn’t making an issue on the phone , the staff was RUDE . Had an ATTITUDE PROBLEM . Do not shop here. DISGUSTING they have rats

Macy's Furniture in the Green Acres Mall is responsible for the actual worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing a big ticket item in my entire life; in this case a sectional couch. The store associate I worked with was not competent enough to put the order through correctly, and what followed were several months of back and forth with various associates and managers, none of whom were able to figure out how to enter the transaction correctly. I ultimately had to walk away from the purchase, and was forced to resolve the transaction and get refunded via AmEx, as no one at Macy's could determine how to void the transaction and I was left with thousands of dollars on my credit card, and no couch. Stay far, far away from this place, and instead go right around the corner to Raymour and Flannigan, where the inventory and customer service are vastly superior at similar prices.

Attempted to buy a sectional sofa in Nov. but the sales staff and manager were unable to complete the transaction. 4 months and several hours worth of phone calls later, and not only do I not have the couch, but I'm still fighting to get back the full amount of the payment I made. BEWARE!

Horrible...I bought uggs from there on line...they didn't fit so I brought them back from the store how they wanted to give me a different pair and they were already worn and bent up

Nice selection and competitive prices. Warranty seems like a great value. Terence was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was attentive, knew a lot about the different options, pricing, and how the in-store promotions compared to online. And he wasn't overly salesy which has been our experience in other stores.

This is not only a furniture gallery. Most of the store is actually a menswear store and it has a great selection for menswear. The only issue is that for the entire department there is like two cashiers so it's ridiculously hard to find someone to check out with.

Good, 4 Star furniture, at a good price, when there's a sale. Delivery service very 1star poor. Salesman had told us the delivery guys would put old furniture we were replacing at the curb for pick up. However the crew claimed they weren't allowed to do that. And that the salesman was making a false promise to make the sale. After some back and forth, it became obvious that they meant "unless something was offered for the 'extra' service". So a bribe on top of the excessive $200 delivery charge was the answer.
