Manager Michael from the shoe department really made me never want to purchase anything here ever. I came to ask one question and he was extreamly hostile towards me. He's not the boss of the customer i been coming here since i was a child im so upset just spend $500 upstairs and was looking to purchase shoes i feel like retuning everything

I ordered a dress online and it said to pickup at this Macys. When I arrived to get the item, it was the wrong item. Its a good thing I checked the bag because someone put the tag on the wrong dress. The customer service rep couldn't give me an explanation either. It was from the same designer much different dress and it costs less than my dress. It was very disappointing. If the item was not in stock at this location, I wish I couldve been notified. Please do better and don't rip customers off.

When to the fine jewelry department with my husband in green acres. My girl Sandra hooked me up with a beautiful necklace. She also help my husband two years back with my engagement ring. Love her Energy, She’s very helpful and outstanding service all the time.
