Excellent experience at Valley Stream Mazda. I leased a 2025 CX 5 and the entire experience was fast, easy and pleasant, I drove home in my new car the same day. Courtney is an exceptional salesperson, she explained everything I needed to know, she even sat in the car with me and walked me through all the features. She got me the price I was comfortable with. Courtney responded to all my questions afterwards immediately. The entire staff is friendly there, I went today for help connecting my Android Auto and Courtney made sure I was taken care of and I left with my issue resolved. Thank you as well to William who saved the day by getting my phone connected!

I've loved every single mazda I've owned. And these days, my family is buying slightly used 'certified pre owned' vehicles. We went looking for my wife's next car and shopped around several different Japanese brand dealers at their stock and to my surprise, this dealer had the worst condition cars we saw. They didn't bother cleaning the interiors, there were scratches and dents on a lot of the cars. I was disappointed for sure, especially since my well loved cx30 is my most favorite car I've ever owned, and it's in great condition.

I will start off by saying I love my Mazda and the customer service is exceptional.@ Valley Stream Mazda dealership. Kareem is the best salesman ever! I traded in my Jeep grand Cherokee, and haven't looked back. Kareem made everything so easy that it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Valley Stream Mazda. Just ask for Kareem he will take care of the rest. Got a great deal all because of him. He's the best!!!!

I recently bought a CX-50 Hybrid and I couldn’t be happier with my new car!
It is so comfortable and spacious. It is such a pleasure to drive! I wasn’t sure about making the change from Acura but I’m so glad I did!
I absolutely loved dealing with my salesperson Cesar as he was so patient, helpful and tremendously knowledgeable about Mazda.
I recently had a question about the carplay and he told me to come in and he would show me how to fix my issue. This is the first time I’ve had carplay so I had no idea what I was doing. Once again Cesar was patient and helpful.
I highly recommend the CX50 Hybrid and Cesar!

Not worth your time. They do not keep their word. Resigned a lease and they did not cover over mileage from prior. They claimed to have had no knowledge that the car was over mileage and state that they are never aware of the leasing contract that they have you sign. Shady practices with shady managers. Better off going to a different dealership and save yourself a future headache.

My friend was interested in buying a Vehicle and asked if I could assist him in getting one. I was asked because anyone who knows me knows that I despise car dealerships because of the tactics they use when trying to sell a Vehicle. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, and most of them are grimy.
Now, I spend significant time researching the information I need before visiting a dealership. I take specific steps when negotiating a price, one of which is to visit at least three dealerships. We visited Garden City Mazda, Valley Steam Mazda, and Koeppel Mazda.
Valley Stream Mazda was a joke, and the worst. The minute we walked in we felt uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone to go there. The salesperson are rude , disrespectful, and deceitful. Just read their reviews. Koeppel Mazda just wanted to play games. We walked out.
We then went to Garden City Mazda. Our team includes Federico Gallego, our salesperson, and Ben Canarick, our sales Manager. We sat down, and I explained my position and what we sought. After going back and forth with a price, we finally negotiated a satisfactory price.
Now, about the Team, Federico (Salesperson) and Ben (Sales Manager), I was surprised by the Team. They weren’t rude, disrespectful, aggressive or deceitful and were interested in explaining the process of purchasing a Vehicle. They were very composed and professional during the negotiation. They stood by every word, with no tricks, and backed it up. By the time we finished, I was given some extra incentive for a mistake that was made.
Overall, our experience with Garden City Mazda was beyond what I expected. We were delighted with our purchase of a 2026, CX-90. I highly recommend Federico and Ben's team for your next vehicle purchase,

Parts department is non responsive. I left 3 voicemails before I called Wantagh Mazda and they answered right away, ordered my part, and gave me great customer service. When I shop for my next Mazda, it will be with Wantagh Mazda instead.
