I was at the store a few days ago. I was served by the store manager. A very pleasant and helpful young man, he was kind enough to explain all the benefits and assistance MetroPCS offered. Excellent service.

These guys are the best! I don't go to any other metro pcs. Their customer service is top notch. They had an answer to all my questions and all the cases i needed for me and my family. I cant wait till its time to pay my bill just so i can come visit my favorite store. Everyone should come here you wont regret it

Yesterday I went to pay for my family plan and the person who served me scammed me and charged me 170 and the payment actually arrived for 95 today I am going to report it to customer service they take advantage of people it is the worst place I do not recommend it

closes before 7 when website says 8 guy behind counter cant do his job and need alot of help cant log into my account and i go home log in the less then five seconds who would trust him alone would leave a name but i am sure was not his
