The store is always good. The customer service is another thing, usually customer service is good the young lady with the cream sweater and blue jeans on today was rude disposition cuz we needed help at the register.

I've been to other Michaels stores that seemed to have better selection and more intuitive layout. It was very hard to find an employee when I wanted assistance, especially when the self checkout was glitchy and there was no human there. Almost gave up and left without my purchases. So frustrating.

I found what I needed, but it was too expensive. There was supposedly a 6 for 3 promotion, but they didn't tell me the price was double. I'll look elsewhere.

I went there first time was a good experience for photo framing but went there twice disgusting experience I told the girl to show me frames after she had shown me how to lay the picture with a backing understood it then asked her to show me frames now she said I never asked her to show me the frames I was talking about the backing all this time and came on arguing with me when I told her this at the beginning that I want a nice frame I will decide it on that and she left during the argument leaving us like that then we talked to the store manager she also did not help me I explained the whole matter to her that the girl said to go to cvs we came back from there because they only do photo print out we don’t want that but I got surprised at what the manager said she said we don’t do print outs here did I ask her about print out? They answer without listening explained her I told her the whole matter she avoided us they were not co operative at all and behaved rude with me I don’t understand is this customer service? If manager behaves like this then where would we go should we call police or what? Why would an employee argue with a customer and why not a manger want to help a customer the matter is very strange

No one answers the phone at this location! I have been calling here for 3 days, redialing repeatedly at different hours of the day.... It rings until automated voice says "Goodbye"....What kind of customer service is this?

This review is solely on curbside pick up. I checked in and after waiting 15 mins, I go inside to check and there are 3 associates standing at the front desk, no customers on line. I mentioned that I’ve been waiting for a curbside pick up for 15 mins and they told me to check if my name is on a bag on the shelf (it was) and they said I’m good to go (huh?). What was the point of curbside pick up if I had to go inside anyway?

My wife is in the store buying stuff and she asked to use the bathroom and he told her to go to Target that they don't have bathroom inside the place it's horrible The place is horrible
