The buy one get one free selection of frames was great, but I needed some help figuring out the right size for my artwork. Unfortunately, the employee in the framing department wasn't very helpful. She seemed uninterested in answering my questions and made me feel like I was taking up their time. This detracted from my overall experience at the store.

Certain of the items seemed understocked, but that could be due to the Christmas holiday. Overall, it was a nice shopping experience. I went late Christmas eve so no crowds. And, I was able to get what I was looking for.

Michaels in valley streams gets 3 stars ? only because of the front cashier was very helpful and overall the selection for the product that was being searched wasn't in stock or is held .. the manager that was some what training and going over plans with other employees was every aggressive with answering questions as if he was brushing me off .. he told me that the product wasn't sold here when I went on the website it said it did so ... Michaels get a somewhat pass/failing grade

Rudest staff ever. You are never greeted. Employees to mgmt. only care about socializing vs providing customer service. They truly go out of their way not to help you. Message to management revaluate the reason you are employed and simply do better.

I tried several times calling the store in order to find out it the 70 percent off on the frames was still going on. No one answers and if they do they just hang up. I even noticed when I was ordering frames, no one was answering the phone. I don't understand how you run a business. Are the associates capabilities limited?

I was looking for something’s to make a custom made cake. Within two minutes a store associate was asking if I wanted any assistance. And at the register I was able to get a 20% discount. Great shopping experience.

Great location, 10/10, queen, Rosedale, valley stream, Springfield. There are sales right now, pretty good. To my experience, their restocking could be quicker. Pricing a 7/10, best bet, wait for the sales.
