They put my check into another person's account. They also have not resolved this. Use a major bank with competent employees who can put deposit your check into your account and not strangers. Do not bank with them.

I opened an account today and Kadine provided excellent customer service. She was patient and thorough with the answers to my questions. She finished setting up my account and didn't rush, even though it was 30 minutes past her clockout time.

Ever since they switched from NEFCU to Jovia, its been nothing but trouble. Very slow service in the drive up tellers and takes over ten minutes for a simple deposit. Ive been a member for years and its a constant headache to come here. With all of that their updates on the mobile app is ridiculous and I am on the verge of switching banks because its just hands down horriable.

Fake bank ever. I paid off my loan. And they said I miss 3 payments . I called them and said you’re car loan paid off but I can see my experience report they flagged my account 3 payments due. Are you serious bro. What kinds of scam you are !!

I just want to take a moment to share my experience. I had some fraud issues with my account and didn’t receive satisfaction from calling the call center so I decided to go into the branch I was highly frustrated and it showed I was greeted by Kadine when it was time to be seen I explained to her what was going on and was taken my frustration out on her which was not right because she was not the representative from the call center but she calmly told me it’s okay and let her review my account and she apologized for the call center and the way they handled the call she then accessed the problem and immediately she began working on the issues and even though it was close to closing time she didn’t mind she was very professional and she resolved all my problems she remained calm even when I was being difficult. I truly appreciated her as fraud can be rather timing and frustrating to deal with.Thank You Kadine Hanson-Copeland many can learn from you. I certainly did and will forever be grateful.

Reprimanded by Stephen the supervisor like a kid in front of a customer with attitude on top plus was accused of letting myself in when clearly the door was unlocked and the time was 6:04PM . I used this bank every week for my paycheck and my savings for past 8 years. Definitely closing my accounts and move to another bank that will be professional and know how to speak their member. The manager is great and most of the teller but unfortunately not the supervisor that works on the weekend

The engagement with the team at this branch was Amazing. Thank you, Farah, for displaying empathy and professionalism. She is excellent, as well as Joe and Miriam; they are tremendous and effortlessly professional. Amoy, the branch manager, demonstrates compassion and concern for their members and is knowledgeable. The entire branch team is beneficial and polite and will go above and beyond for its members.

Ok let me paint a picture of the experience I had at this branch. I applied for a personal loan online, as a nonmember. I was approved, and called the telephone banking number to make an appt to come in and open accnt, and take my loan. I was trying to go to a different branch but was advised they were understaffed, and I should try the Valley Stream branch, and did NOT need an appt.I went into the Valley Stream branch, was advised I could open accounts and book loan that day. I checked in, and had to sit & wait. There were a few other people waiting, however we were all serviced in a timely manner. People would leave, as the next person was coming in to sit with reps. In my time waiting, I used the ATM and was surprised at it being an up-to-date machine. I was called over by Pamela Parasram. She was polite and assisted me with the account opening. She chatted with me, booked my loan and set up the online banking for me. Everything was seemless and stressfree. This is how banking should be! Although, I hope to not have to come into branch again, everything was done efficiently and I would return if needbe. Do recommend, tell them Raj sent you:)

Terrible customer service, woman who has been there “10 years” was incredibly short and rude with me just trying to get a fee removed from my account. They will lie to you to get you out of there as fast as possible. Very shady and never worth the time.

What is going on with Jovia? For the past two days I have been trying to reach by phone customer service. After speaking tot he Robot( annoying) I am put on hold and told to wait with messages every few seconds. each time i have called I hung up after over 30 minute waits. Really??? I have called a few different numbers and it is the sam with all of them. I am now afraid to put any money into that bank if they cant even answer a phone

They need to work on their staffing. A bunch of people sitting at empty desks yet the line for the tellers is long and only 2 people back there. Jovia business app is absolutely horrendous. The 90s style telephone teller takes even longer, it's pointless to even have.
