I made the appointment and again he discussed their findings after doing the diagnostic and then provided options. He never pushed me to make a decision. I received an electronic confirmation for my appointment and emailed receipts immediately. As a woman it is difficult to have that sense of comfort particularly at an auto shop. “This place is incredible. In two hours, everything I needed was fixed. I went to Star Toyota and they were going to charge me $2,600 for random stuff. My good friend recommended me this place and looked through the inspection report. Muhammad (the owner) looked at and said what is this? Told me what I actually needed (brakes and filters) and said the rest is unnecessary. It cost me less than half of what Star wanted AND was quicker. If I wanted to do the same thing over there, I would’ve been stuck at the shop for over FOUR hours. I’m definitely going to come back here. Honest people doing honest work”
