If you plan on coming here, beware. Very awful customer service. The people working here couldn’t even take a second to acknowledge me and I find that to be very disrespectful. It takes one second to say “Just wait. I’ll be right with you”. Also, there is a line outside of the store that is being separated by a line divider. Very ghetto.

Donna is funny, polite, and helped me with my two monogrammed charms. Even though it was Christmas Eve, she was spirited and we laughed as I made my purchase. Thank you Donna!

Horrible customer service, last nights closing shift 11/28/2023 i came in to pick up my online order, the line was short with 5 workers present, as more customers exited to store 3 of the 5 workers went to the back while the line got longer, i waited at the front of the line of 30 minutes and when trying to ask for assistance i was instead ignored.

Placed an online order to pickup in store. Ibrahim greeted and helped me. I ordered 4 items for different people and he specifically asked if I needed them wrapped individually which to me, shows his attention to detail. He wrapped everything super carefully, brought me pens/markers so I could differentiate what was for who. I was very grateful for how attentive he was and how careful he was when packing everything. At the end, he offered to put all 4 small bags in one big bag, which he also packed up really nicely! I usually dread writing reviews but after his attentive customer service, I decided to leave a review for him!

I want to start by saying service was absolutely terrible. The lady that worked there didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for about 3 and a half mins while she helped the same customer without even saying hello give me a min. She looked up twice and not a word not a peep. How rude especially when there's one person on the work floor

Unfortunately the customer service was very poor every time I come. They always have an attitude and I really love pandora but I won’t be coming back to this location. Donna was yelling and the manager Seyed unfortunately was yelling too. I am a customer and had no knowledge about final sales or anything. I just wanted a simple return and it took a couple times just to have a return. Fortunately it was made but the interaction was very sad. :(

Bad customer service. I just witnessed a girl get bullied out of a store by Donna and Seyed. no store should treat their customers with disrespect. They are getting paid to be there, the least they can do it be nice to their customers. extremely unprofessional managers and sale associates. Doesnt matter if you are “sick”, upset, hurting or etc. because what that gotta do with the customer?? Nothing! Always treat people with respect. If you dont wanna be there, quit! Donna should not make her problems everyone’s problem. And Seyed has to learn to control his anger. Do better for Christ sake! Its 2023 why are we making customers cry????!

Mannn I just went in to buy my girl a charm since there was a 50% off sale. And then out of no where Donna started raising her voice at this girl. I don’t know all the details but the girl definitely had no bad intentions. Donna kept being extremely disrespectful and ruined the experience for me and my girl and the other costumers for sure. Definitely made things awkward for everyone. I didn’t expect this at all from pandora. But I’m not surprised since the store is in green acres

customer service is terrible. Donna and Seyed are extremely rude off the bat. seyed needs anger management because he was slamming things extremely loud my grandma had to exit the store and screaming at his customers. donna has a disgusting attitude. i work at retail and no matter what would never treat my customers the way these two did. im pretty sure they made a customer cry… yeah pandora fix this.

This was hard to watch. My little cousin wanted to return her charm that she was told it was 50% off by an employee(name unknown). what the employee didn’t mention was that it WAS NOT 50% off, making her spend more than she expected. Therefore wanting a return. The employee was busy so she went to Donna to return her charm. Off the bat Donna was being disrespectful to her and giving her attitude. Picture a young girl getting yelled at by a grandma. My cousin was very calm and patient the whole time (since she works retail she understands how stressful a retail job is) you expect the employee to act like that but no. Donna and Seyed began to raise their voice at my little Cousin and treat her like garbage, literally. Slamming things yelling at her. Because of that my she started to cry due to their aggressiveness. No one should experience what my cousin went to. Pandora at Green Acres should retrain their employees! Or at least retrain Donna and Seyed

The employees are so mean. Especially managers Donna and Seyed. I was just shopping there noticed this young girl was misinformed by Pandoras employees and wanted a simple return. And Donna had responded in an extreme unprofessional matter. Yelling at this poor girl and treating her like she was asking to return $1000 dollars. But it was a simple charm. Seyed who we believe was the manager then started slamming doors and screaming as us the costumers, even those who weren’t involved. Donna was really rude to a point where she made the girl cry. The girl kept looking back at us the costumers and she looked so upset. I could tell she didn’t have any bad intentions. Donna is not fit to work at any retail store because if she didn’t she would have done much better. Pandora definitely lost costumers today.

If i could give a 0 I would. The Extremely disgusting and rude behavior from Donna a manager and Seyed one of her employees should get this place closed down alone. They were wildly rude and nasty to a customer, so much so that they made her cry. They were screaming and getting violent with Seyed slamming and banging on things. Disgustingly horrible

whoever is saying the service is good here is lyingggg. Do not come here. Their employees aren’t well trained. And their managers ( Donna and Seyed ) are literally VIOLENT and have a huge ATTITUDE. when I plan on going into a pandora I don’t plan on going through what I just saw some girl go through. They are lucky they didn’t do all that with me, the girl they were rude to left the store crying. Pandora get your employees together.
