PROS: reasonable prices and cute outfits/shoes
CONS: no fitting rooms (which is annoying but not the end of the world). What blew my mind is that there wasn't any FULL SIZED MIRRORS in the entire store. I was literally using that small mirror used for fitting sunglasses.
Also the racks are placed REALLY close together so you have to squeeze through everything (uncomfortable).
Unfortunately I won't be shopping at this location again. I'm opened to trying other locations however because I've had good experiences with them overall.

I rushed to this Rainbow location in the mall after work, expecting to shop within their posted hours, only to find the store closed 10 minutes early, while every other store in the mall remained open.
Despite arriving on time, the employees had already put down the gate and refused to take me even though I knew exactly what I wanted. When I refused to leave, the manager told me they were closed and had already closed the registers even though the mall was still open! This was the second location where I experienced early closures, making it clear this isn’t just a one-time issue. If Rainbow stores consistently close early, they need to update their hours so customers don’t waste their time.

I shopped at Rainbow in Lawrence all the time. I bought these black 3button zipper jeans and the zipper broke I bought a second pair of the same pants same thing. I realized they were defective because the zipper does not have the metal tab to stop the zipper from coming apart from the bottom up. I went to the store with the broken zipper on. I spoke to the girl at the register and she told me to bring it back and get a store refund. I returned them Saturday and the manager type of person was rude saying I can't get a refund on pants I've worn. I explained I was told to return them and she kept trying to deny me. I said you are selling defective pants you need to return them to the manufacturer and get your money back. After going back and forth she finally gave me the store credit but told me I'm not allowed to shop there anymore. She banned me because I got loud like I was stealing her money. She needs to be retrained she's not nice. I'm angry I have to go out of my way to shop a the beach 88th street store.

It is what it is. Sometimes you can find some ok items in the plus sizes but sizes are cut small, all 3x are not created equal. Fairly good accessories and cheap shoes.

U never know what you can find in there. There is always something cute. And very inexpensive. Ok, the quality isn't great but you don't need to spend a lot of money to look nice. It is how you combine the clothes you wear.

Green Acres Mall Rainbow. I shopped at Perfumania. Then went into Rainbow shops to pick up a few tank tops. The manager assisted me in making my purchase. I accidentally left my Perfumania bag on the counter at Rainbow shops. Moments later I called and then went back. The same manager told me the bag was not there. He and one other worker were the only ones in the store. I told him please give me back my bag I don’t want to have to take this further. He told me to do what I have to do. I would love to change this one star to five stars depending on how rainbow handles this situation.
