Mary Ann is very rude no people skills at all I would not recommend this location to anyone this place doesn’t even waive customer late fees if your only one day late they add a 20% fee which is outta this world like we must treat our customers better without us it will be no Safeguard storage!!!!

It was a quick and easy process and the staff member was very friendly and helpful especially Maryanna at the front counter she help me easy my stress of finding an u-haul to move my things if your looking for a storage space to rent I highly recommend safeguard self storage.The prices are unbeatable and the renting process is a breeze

MaryAnna is phenomenal. Her customer service is bar none. Additionally, the building and units are pristine and well-kept. Glad I chose this site to store my memorabilia and personal effects over the many storage facilities that I researched.

The facility was clean, Marianna's reminder phone calls to pay was helpful, the app based access was ok. On site parking not so great. Customer service was good.

At first I wasn’t sure. After seeing how clean the units were along with the location, it was a no brainer! The unit was bigger than I imagined, the security system is very modern compared to other companies! Maryanna was very patient with me & she does her job well!

Have been a customer there since 2021 and never have had a problem. Came in today to upgrade my storage unit and Maryann the facility manager helped me with my upgrade. She is amazing, very friendly & has done everything in her power to accommodate me in every aspect.
