Received an email that my order was complete. Went to pick it up in the store and the order was in fact incomplete. I assumed that the items We’re out of stock so I went to check to make sure and it was there so I ended up completing my own order!

I'M SO SICK OF THIS TARGET FULFILLING ORDERS PURPOSELY KNOWING GOOD & WELL THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS & CANCELING THEM COMPLETELY W/O GIVING THE CUSTOMER AN OPTION TO PICK IT UP AT A DIFFERENT TARGET. IT HAPPENS FAR TO MANY TIMES TO BE A MISTAKE. TARGET NEEDS TO STOP DOING THIS FOR THEIR GAIN. IT'S ANNOYING & VERY DISPLEASING TO THE CUSTOMER.

I had a great experience with getting a new phone the process was very smooth and quick shequan p was very helpful and professional . Shequan is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and is an absolutely great representative of your organization.

Horrible pickup experience. They messed up the offer and gave us a box with the wrong bike in it. Then, they sold the correct bike to someone else and expected us to go to a different target that is very annoying to get to. They messed up, and they should have offered to deliver it at their expense.

This location in Valley Stream is the store I often go to and most of the time get disappointed. They always have few choices with brands, shelves are not refilled. And its just simple items like toothbrushes, shampoos. I get upset coz I expect to buy all I need in this store.

Quality, respect and efficiency is the way to go for all your Target shopping - online with curbside, online shipping/delivery, online with instore pickup, and instore shopping. Simply the best! Need to get a process for bottle deposits and returns. Although you hand the clerk the receipts from the machine as checkout it may not be credited to your purchase. It is hard to go back to the store for $1.00+ in deposits/returns ($0.05 per bottle or cans)

I use to enjoy shopping at this Target. I went there today and the staff are rude and unwilling to help. If I could give it a zero star, definitely would. Your employees need training in customer service.

Prices are reasonable and good quality. Wait time wasn’t too long but cart was unorganized. I made a return and it was easy.

Please tell me why the Target Drive-Up takes over an hour. Great promotion at it being “fast. easy. free” but there’s nothing that says it will take over an hour. This is really ridiculous.

This experience on this day went well aside from an irate customer next to me. Apparently, she had been waiting a long time for some of type service. I on the other hand went to return items and that went smoothly.
