Transaction was fast but the whole time I was there on a nice weekend, the gentleman was talking with the colleagues with minimum eye contact with me! I could feel the absence of friendly gesture which I thought could have been much more warm!
Had much better experiences in other places. Hope TD bank will improve the customer care. Need lot of work in that sector.

Terrible customer service. Often making mistakes and they never answer the phone. One recent example: my elderly dad needed printed checking account deposit slips. I help him with tasks, so I was involved with this. I was with him at the bank on 2 occasions over 3 months trying to get the slips mailed to him. He tried a third time on his own. Finally, after 4 months he received the deposit slips in the mail. They were for his savings account, not checking.

Before I came in I scheduled an appointment online. Upon coming in the check-in process was fairly easy. It took about 15 minutes before I was called and I was out within 20 minutes. I was helped by Bianca and I went in to get a new debit card printed. She answered any questions I had and was professional.

I just had the worst cx service experience at this bank. Arrived at 4:30pm and the manager refused to provide a simple service of opening a new account. He informed me that the do not provide this service after 4pm,however it is nowhere on their website.It was even more frustrating how robotic his responses were to my questions. People have lost the ability to be human and show empathy.

These people are extremely incompetent at their jobs. They “mistakenly” deposited someone else’s checks into my account. One for 11k and one for 7k. The money automatically came out immediately after being deposited but I faced repercussions for more than a week because of this. My accounts were frozen, I was logged out of my accounts and unable to log in, card was canceled, thousands taken out of my account over 3 times by the bank and so much more. This is all because of an issue that was done by this location. It was an awful experience and I was on the phone constantly for hours everyday for a week. To make it worse this was my only card and I was cardless/ moneyless for over a week and it happened when I was out of state and I was stuck. When I came to this location the manger told me “it was a mistake” and did not appear apologetic about any of the hassle I went through. Oh I forgot to mention I had bills due at the same time ex: car note and that couldn’t come out. So yeah that’s not a mistake that should be made and they should be a little more attentive. I was never offered any apology or anything else for this issue.

The manager just sits in the office and the line is always long. This is the worse bank. You tell him to get more employees and he does nothing. Go to another bank to do your business please. Td bank is a waste in customer services.

Waited for then an hour for a simple thing. Lazy people here. Use another branch. The excuse is this is how things are. You see, we are busy, right?
