Came on a Tuesday waited a hr in line to open an account so had 2 come again the next day made an apt for 11 am been here over 15 min and I guess this branch doesn't take Appts lol they are taking first come first served

What the hell just happened!? I care for TD Bank but there's issues like the parking and traffic. Would be better to renovate the place like having two floors and nice plants.

Just went inside to get my debit card. I had my ID on me which is necessary to get your debit card. Apparently there is a "new verification" system. Where your information goes through this 3rd party. Naturally, I had a few questions but Rhonda who was helping me didn't want to answer my questions. She also gave me attitude when I wanted to delve into this new verification system because it is hindering me from achieving my debit card. However I was never notified about this new update. She didn't want to share any information she had. Her customer service skills are terrible. If you get Rhonda, do not go to her because she was horrible and she will not be helpful towards you.

Absolutely rubbish service. After making me wait for 2 hours in queue, one of the banker told me they don't have notary service. Even though they had it in their check in system. Total waste of time

The Branch reps are airheads. My mom passed away, so I called and was told I only needed a death certificate to close her account. I went in and was assisted by rep Rhonda who I later learned was a supervisor. Very unfriendly and very rude person. I asked her what I needed, she never answered but only asked what I had. I handed her the certificate. She said no words or explained what she was doing, only handed it back and said I cant close it and I needed to go to the courts. I checked the account bank online and learned that she secretly froze it, which is fine all she had to do was communicate that!! A Few weeks later I returned and was told by the same clueless person that I cant close it because now I need TIN. I asked why didnt you tell me this few weeks ago? She argued with me that she did when she definitely had not! Please stay away. They liars and are unhelpful.

Went in today to get a replacement debit card since there were charges on it that were not mine. A very pleasant woman named Dafka helped me and also filed a claim. Ittook no time at all and she was so nice to deal with. Thank you Dafka. It was a pleasure
