Nadita is the sweetest and sooo talented when it comes to hair and makeup. She knows what she’s doing and communicates well with everyone. She was quick too with her job and I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair because she did both. Go to her!!! You won’t be disappointed

Nadita is a horrible stylist. I came to her believing that she would execute my vision given her title as “elite stylist” but she butchered my hair and cut over more than half my length. She doesn’t deserve to call herself a curl stylist when all she did was play in my hair. DONT GO TO HER IF YOU HAVE CURLS SHE’LL MAKE YOU CRY!!! Below are my references and as you can see she did not give me what I asked for!!! She left a bunch of straggly strands that I’ll have to go back in and cut myself. She had one job and couldn’t even do that right. It’s a pity she calls herself a curly hair stylist. Shame on her and shame on Ulta. I was crying in her chair, like full on sobbing and all her manager did was come by, watch, and walk away. This establishment is a joke!! BEWARE!

Ummmph I gave a 5 for past 2xs excellent customer service Chloe is very knowledgeable in products even applying cosmetics to my face I almost fell asleep I was introduce real techniques today to clean makeup brushes young lady very knowledgeable floor manager on point cashier whole store was lit 🔥

Nadita did such a great job with my natural hair. Was back home visiting from Los Angeles and the New York humidity killed my silk press. She was able to take me same day and did an amazing wash and go form me that lasted so long. Never had my hair a bouncy and nice.

I don't know about this place. Others were greeted kindly when they walked in, but my mom and I were treated unkindly by the black security guard as we walked in. We inquired about a specific product and were blatantly disregarded. We left.

Be careful you go there when all the associates don’t want to do their chat at the front of the store and only security is willing to help you. You might have to wave and try and try to get attention but only the security guard will look. He at least will get their attention but they won’t have what you want and won’t bother looking in the back. Horrible.
