“I expected to have an annoying day at the car dealerships. I went online and found a vehicle that I wanted for my wife. As I walked through the lot to find the car i was greeted by Hector one of the sales people. I asked to drive the car and within 2 minutes we were on the road test. He told me about all the available incentives. So when we got back to the dealership he introduced me to Diana the manager she told me the price and gave me the 28k ( Blue Book fair trade in value) for my Tahoe trade in. On to financing where Dawn the finance manager asked if i was buying an extended warranty. I said no and that was that. Never mentioned or tried to push it again. I got a good loan rate and was happy that the loan was for exactly what Diana rote in the total space on the original contract I signed. After signing all the paperwork I had a couple laughs with the other sales people while my car was in the service department getting ready . Took only an hour and a half to get the car washed prepped and filled with gas. I would have to say it was probably the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. All done the same afternoon. The only way it could've been better is if i was buying a vehicle for myself. As this car was for my wife. Will be back again and definitely will recommend going here if you want to get in and out without all the typical back and forth between the sales person and there manager. Who's got time for that Thanks Diana D. , Dawn D. , and Hector for a quick purchase. And by the way my wife loves the new car Neal Nagle”
“The cars all seem to be an excellent shape although a bunched up and you can't really take them out for a ride I would imagine that when a person is ready to buy them they would able to road test them I was looking at a car that had been sitting on the lot for a month and the battery was dead but the fellow inside was very polite and offered to jump start the car to get it running and the engine sounded beautiful after sitting there for almost a month they cause look in pretty good shape they're a bit pricey but you can deal them down of course cash is always their best friend in any case good place to go for a car”
