I would avoid purchasing a sign from valley.
You can get your sign done overseas from LCsign for much cheaper. Just google LCsign
Valleys sign installer dropped my sign from the top of the building and damaged it. You can see in the photos attached frame by frame the sign falling.
You would think the appropriate response would be sorry we messed up let us replace the sign.
No Marvin’s berated me for even considering this. Like it was my fault his guy dropped the sign. Absolutely unbelievable. He threatened to cancel my permit he filed with the town.
Following this Alfred had me come into shop and look over the sign. Once I pointed out the flaws he started to say “who’s to say that damage wasn’t there before?” Then said he would not be replacing the sign and to take him to court.
So I genuinely would be really careful using valley signs.
At the end of it all I asked simply if I bought another sign my self out of my pocket if they would be willing to reinstall. Alfred said no he would charge me again.
Tldr:;
Valley signs dropped my sign. Refused to replace it. Said take them to court or take it as it is.
Be very careful choosing your sign installer.

Valley Signs is the best! Marvin and his team are easy and accommodating to work with. They got all the paperwork in place for the town to approve our sign permits and were able to fabricate and instal my signage for our opening day. Would highly recommend using them for your businesses signage needs.
