“This place is awesome now that it is Synergy. Very convenient to get all my after work shakes on premises and the prices are waaaaay cheaper than other shake shops in town. Also the merch is phenomenal and well made and again is nice to be able to grab wraps or a t-shirt if forgot my own stuff. The owner Vinny is not only very nice but is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking a few minutes to educate people on their nutrition needs and answer any questions about proper technique or exercises for training. All in all the best place in LB for your nutrition needs!”

Over the past years, she has guided me through multiple phases of my wellness journey, from weightlifting and inflammation support, to now as I am transitioning into Pilates, and more body based workouts. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful with her recommendations, and takes the time to truly educate, not just sell.
I came in today thinking I needed to cancel my membership, and instead, she took the time to show me a whole other side of GNC focused on supplementation, balance, and long-term support. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and intentional, always making sure I understand my options and save money while still prioritizing my health. Every visit, I leave having learned something new, which is why I continue coming back to this GNC specifically because of her.

“Best nutrition store I've ever been to by far. Had a great experience today with the new store manager, Wes. I came in looking for creatine, protein, and a good multivitamin, and he took the time to ask about my goals. I told him I wanted to build muscle and start a healthier supplement routine, and he gave me some really helpful recommendations.
He showed me German creatine by BodyTech (buy one, get one half off), BodyTech 100% Whey Protein Isolate, and the Thrive 50+ multivitamin, clearly explaining what each product contains and how they could help me. I never felt pressured — he just took the time to educate me on the benefits and answer my questions.
I also ended up getting fish oil and CoQ10 after learning more about their benefits. The customer service was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I even joined their free loyalty program, which gives points that turn into coupons.
