Staff friendly and greeted me in the aisle and at the counter. But the guard they have there made it so obvious he expected me to steal. He went to stand at the exit as I walked up to the front. He didn’t move from the exit until after I paid. I was the only customer in the store left and had 4 bags of candy in my hand. What a horrible feeling being made to feel like a thief. So disgusting. I can’t go back to that store.

Manager kicked me and my friends out because we were standing in the makeup isle for too long, he claimed “too many middle schoolers were coming in “there was barely anybody in the store and he was talking to literally nobody in his headphones saying stuff like “theres more coming in” we know he kicked us out for standing in that isle because he was staring at us watching our every move and told us to put the makeup we were looking at down.

These people are a pack of idiots, the employee here thinks that Walgreens is a privately owned store, where they can make their own rules as they go.. this is not the first or second time I've had an issue with the staff there. But this is the first time I created a scene because they are taking advantage of our seniors in the area too, I know this because my dad told me that he when to this store and he tried to use his OTC card, they made him put everything back..refused his card and embarrassed him. Today that was mostly my frustration, when they refused my payment method. With that said today I ordered a few items went to the store to pick it up I decided to grab four gift cards and three packs of Coca-Cola however, I only had cash to pay for one gift card and the Coca-Cola, I told the cashier I was gonna pay with my Apple Pay for the other 3 card, she asked the attend manager if I could pay with Apple Pay she said no they do not accept Apple Pay for gift card, but but prior to that every single bill I gave her for the one gift card and the soda was put into a machine to see if it was fake, I didn't realize what was happening until they refused my form of payment. I asked for a valid reason why they are not accepting my form of payment still no respond. Attached below is a video of the entire encounter with the three stooges at this Walgreens and pinky and the brain AKA costumers that felt the need to defend their honor, of these three idiots. I will post his on every possible search engine and social media. I think, they think, everyone is a criminal because that's what they see when they look at them selves in the mirror. Not forgetting to mention I did eventually pay with my Apple Pay with no consent from them, the computer took my payment. That goes to show that they are making their own rules as they go like they're the owns of the store. Get it together people You are not the owners of Walgreens..

This is the most horrible pharmacy customer service experience that I ever had. Person in the phone extremely rude, I will never ever send anything to this pharmacy. They need to change the whole staff on the pharmacy department.

On Oct 4, I visited the walgreens located in Valley stream, NY around 6:15 for a prescription for my two young children. It was for antibiotics and cough syrup. My kids were going on day 3 of a high fever and cough so we took them to the pediatrician around 5:30 and made to to the pharmacy less than an hour later to get their medication.I got called at the counter at around 6:30 and was told they were closing soon and I should come back the next day. Their pharmacy hours are until 7pm. They were turning away everyone at that point. I pleaded with the gentleman to please make an exception as the pharmacy is still open for another 30 mins. My kids were very sick and needed to start the antibiotics asap . He went to the pharmacist Candice, who suggested I go to the elmont location as they are open later until 10pm. I said ok and proceeded to leave. As i was leaving, i called the elmont pharmacy only to be told they did not have anything showing up under my name. I walked back into the Valley stream pharmacy and relayed this info to Candice. She said that she needs to manually send over the info there and that i can go as she would send it within 15 mins. She then mentioned that there is no guarantee they would have the medication on hand. I have my two children with me at this point who are very sick and who can barely stand for long periods. I asked her if she could check to see if they had it before i drove 15 mins there. She refused and said she cant. At this point I could see she was getting agitated with me. Her tone and body language spoke volumes. I kindly asked her if she could possibly make an exception and fill my prescription since the store isn't closing for another 25 mins at least. She shouted at me asking me if she should drop the 50 prescriptions she had to fill for mine. I told her that is not what I'm asking, I'm simply asking for consideration since the medication is urgent and it's for young children. She got up and walked away to attend to a customer at the drive thru. I have to say, I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and never experienced such rude behavior. I went to the Elmont location and what a difference it was. The pharmacist was so understanding and immediately gave me my prescription even though they were asking for non urgent prescription refills to come back the next day. When they saw it was for young children they immediately processed my request.Walgreens Valley stream you can do better, be better. The Google reviews do not lie, the service at this location is severely lacking. I will be taking my business to CVS going forward. You will continue to lose business if you keep this up.

Pharmacy sucks- Got there at 1:28 right now (they go to lunch atv1:30) - they see me standing there and they ignore me and walk out. rude . had to call them to even get them to fulfill my prescription talking about how they just got it ….get your medicine somewhere else. at least have the decency to address me when you see me standing there before 1:30 when you are supposed to go on your lunch break

Hopefully you aren’t stuck goin here needing important medication, you can write yourself off dead if that’s the case. You also get lied to and yelled at when they are proven wrong.

Worst pharmacy 730 Franklin square New York my diabetic medicine was due they didn't notify me when I called them they told me out of stock. This was my diabetes medicine to take ... For 5 days no proper answer when I will get. I suggest don't go to them. These people play with your life no care or respect for their customers or patients.even their corporate office don't care if u complaint to them no response.very bad service .

I have a very bad experience with an employee at walgreens very disrespectful. You don't expect that kind of behavior from someone of a certain age, there is nothing professional about this employee this employee was insulting and rude letting me know she don't care if I complain on her!!!

I understand asking if a FedEx package has any perishables or hazardous, batteries things in it. A yes or no question. Don't ask me what I have in my package. That is none of your business. You are to ask if it has any particular items not what exactly is in there. You're a drop of service. Customers drop off you scan and hold for the real FedEx to pick up.
