Usually the shopping experience here is decent, but up until recently I had a very bad experience with this one with one of my family members. They were going to the register to checkout and the cashier left not once but twice out of frustration, which is a pretty infantile reaction if you ask me. Her name is Kayla and she has dreads, not to mention she has an attitude problem, I honestly don't know how they find and allow people like her to work in Walmart, I know some of the workers look depressed or chill, but holy cow, don't take it out on a customer that's been shopping for years. Oh, and for the most part the other cashiers and staff are alright and the store is kind of clean.

Today around 12 pm my visit to the Walmart on green acres with my mom was very bad.After we collected everything we needed, we went to the counter to pay and as usual the line was huge.A lady comes up to us who supposedly works here named Natasha and told us to stay in line for counter 9.So we stood in line for 15 minutes.Later, we saw a guy skipped the line and went ahead of us and Natasha was the one who lead him to the front.When my mom asked what’s going on we were waiting in line Bcz you told us to wait in line and she told us she didn’t see us so she let him go first.When we were talking with them we got the feeling that she was either a family member or they knew each other.So we told her that we’ll talk with management or the manager in charge of the store and she said go ahead I don’t care.We didn’t expect this from a Walmart store.I guess Walmart don’t really say anything to the customer service people that’s why they don’t care if we complain.

I like this Walmart because it's a supercenter and they have a lot of selection off products

This store has turned me from WalMart. Problematic staff that laugh when they screw up. Useless equipment, poor card readers. Associatres dont know what they ate doing. And trying to get in touch with a boss is like playing guess who.

Found everything we needed in one place! I was with some people from London and they were saying how wonderful this Walmart was. They’ve never seen one so big and so fully stocked.
