“Dave and his wife have a awesome winery on Seneca Lake. It is a small winery that is operated by he and his wife, they focus on reds, but have a few whites. A good red is hard to fine in the FLX which is not good news for my preference. Flatt Rock Wine Cellar delivers with spectacular reds. In addition to the great reds, there whites are very good as well. The personal service you get from David and his wife are second to none in the flx. The passion and enthusiasm they have for wine shows in there wines. You will love this small personal winery. This was our second trip here, this time joined there wine club, which is the most reasonable and realistic of any winery we have been too. Cant wait for the member event this summer.”

“My family rents the legion every time we need to celebrate anything ! The room is large enough to accommodate over 100 ppl and they have tables, chairs, an awesome kitchen, and a BBQ pot all on site ! And the man runs it is awesome person and an asset to are community ! I highly recommend and will be back there soon !”

“As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA, after an epic morning of doing Watkins Glen State Park as I made my way up to Geneva would be rude not to hit some wineries along the way. This was my 1st stop as soon as you drive in you sense something magical with all the fairey tale dinosaur theme props. The venue is lovely also with great views overlooking the lake from balcony, with a cosy tasting room, I did 5 wines for $15 and enjoyed the Estate Reserve Red and the Vivacious Riesling the most followed by the Traminette, Lemberger and then the Semi-sweet Riesling.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Showboat Hotel! You can't beat the price to be right on the water on Seneca Lake. Beautiful setting and the staff is great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Bri the manager. She really seems to care about the property and was seen popping all around to make sure all was well. We were able to bring our dog for a small fee which was great too. They have a nice restaurant/ bar area (food was very good) with extensive dock for boats, fishing, music and hanging out. The property itself is older but you can tell the owners put a lot of work and effort into refurbishing the rooms. My wife and I really loved how they were decorated. They looked great and were clean and neat. Our air conditioner had a hard time keeping up and was a bit noisy but it was really hot too. Aside from that, we had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We don't live too far away but if you want to stay somewhere on the finger lakes and not break the bank, this is the perfect place!”
