“Outstanding service. Everything was fast and efficient. Staff were very friendly and professional. After auto accident they did a superb job with the repairs. My 4 year old vehicle looked better when they finished than it did leaving the show room. Definitely recommend this shop for your collision repairs.”
“Annual car inspection this morning at Upstate Chevy, and a few maintenance issues to correct. Very efficient process to schedule an inspection appointment. They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container. We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”

“Traveled to Batavia from Atlanta, GA. Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!”
