5322 Seneca St, Vernon NY 13476
“I've lived at East Seneca Street Apartments for the past 8 years , it's changed management last few years . New owners are very easy to work with and really care about the property. Overall I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Peaceful little town, kind and courteous neighborhood for the most part.”

“I moved here in 2019, and left in 2021. Returned in 2022 and have been living here since. I enjoy daily activities like pitch, Wii bowling. Mock-tail, hours, birthday parties monthly, live music monthly, and occasional group meals provided. Staff currently is extremely helpful and approachable.”

80 Geiger Rd, Rome NY 13441
“I stayed in a furnished suite for about 5 months. It was clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. I’d like to say thank you to management for being quick to respond when there was an issue. I received my security deposit a little over month after my departure. All in all it was a very good experience.”
