Not very good every time you call u get transferred and hung up on. There stupid they don't call you back has to go to sharmane propane

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Overzealous employee cost us almost $500 when trying to get tank refilled. For services they never supplied. Went almost a year before getting smart and just switching it over to Electric. Now no more hassles with overzealous employees.

Been with Ferrellgas for better than 30 years. Had to swap out my old tank for a newer one. Job went well, courteous, efficient and timely. They have always taken care of us!!

I just got a new boiler replaced and Ferrellgas had to come replace our faulty regulator. I made an appt & they came out on time (within a week). They did a great job and were very knowledgeable. Completely satisfied and highly recommend Ferrellgas!

Had my shop furnace serviced and found out tank was empty. Called for a refill and asked to have it "leak" checked. Truck showed up 2 days later and driver and his partner were professional and Outstanding.

Has been a great company to deal with for many years. I am not sure what happened to their customer service but it sucks. I called yesterday to get my tank filled. We are currently at 10 percent and I expressed that to the customer service rep that took the order. She explained that do not know the delivery date and to call back tomorrow and someone may be able to help. So next day I call back and get told we are still not scheduled and the only way to make sure we do not run out is to pay 150 to 200 dollars more. This is the way they treat loyal customers then I will not be a customer any longer. I expressed this to the customer service representative on the phone and she basically told me she did not care and that it was my right to leave if I wanted to.

I'm not sure what happened, but you can't get anyone on the phone anymore. It used to ring a few times and you would get a real person answering the phone. Now you are looking at 25 minutes, minimum, to talk to anyone.Last propane order we had, they never came. After two weeks, I called (after waiting on hold for 25 minutes), and they claimed that it was too icy to deliver propane on our scheduled day and removed us from the delivery schedule. They never called or emailed to let us know that there was an issue. So apparently if there is inclement weather, they won't deliver, they'll take you off the delivery schedule, but they will be sure to take your money out of your bank account.Now I just tried to order a new delivery and couldn't get an answer for another 25 minutes. I just hung up. Going to try the online delivery order. We'll see if they call me back. My hopes are not high.

I was not home during the delivery. If not for the delivery notice on the door, I would not have known there was a delivery. Nothing was disturbed or out of place. Very professional.
