“I cannot say enough good things about the team here. My truck was out of alignment, they performed an alignment. A few days later I had a nail in a tire and took it somewhere close to my office, lo and behold, they screwed something up. Was shaking and wobbling at highway speed. Took it back to Corsi and blamed the plug fix, but they re-balanced all my tires and re-aligned me for FREE. Another few weeks later front tire wearing on just the outside. I take it back to them and ask them for a full front end inspection and re-align the front. I told them I think there's something wrong with the truck, not their work. They aligned me again for FREE. I insisted I wanted to pay but they refused. They insist they stand behind their work and they DO!!!!”

“I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive at Fred’s. They troubleshoot the car issue quickly and accurately. They schedule the work to be done quickly, and stick to the schedule. They provide in advance a printout of the work to be done, and the price in parts and labor, and there are no surprises when you pick up the car. They are very easy to talk to and take the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. (They are closed weekends.).”

Eugene said come back when you can and we will take care of your car. I came back a few hours later and was taken right away. In addition to an oil change, all the fluids were topped off. The entire experience was professional, comfortable and done in a timely manner. This is a great shop and the mechanics are wonderful.”

“The “Rembrants” of Mercedes Auto Body Repair
Highly recommend Route 303 Auto Body. They are located 54 miles away (there are dozens of closer auto body repair shops). Rt. 303 was recommended & certified by the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls dealership. Katherine Lee, my daughter, was driving her son to school, stopped in traffic, and was hit from behind at high speed by a driver claiming his vision was obstructed by the morning sun.
Her 2019 M-B C300 sustained severe damage, including the electronics system. The car took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable because Rt 303 uses M-B factory parts. Steve, the Operations Manager, was great to work with; he’s very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company.
When we went to pick up the car, my daughter and I were speechless! The car looked better than when it rolled out of the dealership. Their hard/professional work exceeded all of our expectations. Steve and the entire Route 303 Auto Body Team are 5-Star performers, their workmanship is truly a work of art, and that is why we call them the “Rembrants” of Mercedes-Benz Auto Body Repair!

“Stopped in early Saturday morning with what i thought was a slow leak. Team was super welcoming and were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. They inspected and plugged the tire and did a check up on the vehicle while it was lifted.
I also observed them engaging with other walk-ins and appointments clearly communicating time expectations.”

“I can't say enough nice things about Advantage Auto Repair. In a day where it's impossible to trust any mechanic or service station for fear of being ripped off, these guys have easily won me over. My teenage son was in a car accident and we had it towed to the nearest station which happened to be Advantage Auto Repair. First off, Stephanie at the front desk calmed me down, explained the process with insurance, what my options are (including bringing it anywhere I want), but before any of that, her first question was about the health of my son. (He's fine by the way). They talked my wife and I through what to do with the towtruck and that the car looked totaled. They took off the plates for us after the inspector came and held them for us until we were able to swing by and pick them up. They didn't charge us a penny, were increidbly communicative while we were there and days after, and we even tried giving them a $20 tip for their help, which they outright refused.
