  I usually NEVER leave reviews at places, especially not post offices, but this place sent my package back after ONE day of me not picking it up because I was unable to! I thought post offices were supposed to hold onto them for at least a week? Now I have to go through a whole process of either getting a refund for my items or getting them sent back again! I'd rate zero stars if possible!

  I don’t get it. There is no reason to be rude for no reason. I get that some people have their bad days but this is all the time. They never say “hello” back or even acknowledge you when you ask them how they’re day is going, or when you tell them to have a good day. They just don’t care to ever be nice. Don’t expect them to help you with anything either. When I used to work customer service, I may have not loved my job but I always showed respect to the people who respected me.

  You are forced to have a PO box that you cannot access on the weekends to get important mail. They need to leave the door unlocked for people to get their mail or give keys to those who need it.
