I waited and was told the phone I was purchasing was $120 I had to take the phone back I purchased at Walmart and when I came back to the ATT store, the price changed to $200 and the screen protector that was $12 at Walmart was $40 at the ATT store the staff was unwilling to make any changes even though they told me the phone $120 I am a long time customer and feel I was lied to and taken advantage of

The salesman kept trying to get me to buy new items, like a watch, by telling me I need to "get with the times". Then talked me into getting a screen protector by saying it was covered by warranty & would be replaced. I paid $45+ for a piece of plastic that lasted 26 days. When I went in to have it replaced, they said replacements cost $10. They want me to pay $55 after owning the phone for less than one month? That kid only cared about his commission. Absolutely shady.

This was the best AT&T experience ever!! The team of associates worked very hard at greeting everyone and very clear about wait time. I will go back to the vestal ny store for all my needs.

If you go to the AT&T in front of target, ask for Andrew. He was the only helpful employee with my situation. Manager Nate and sales rep Josh have now wasted 4 hours of my time (more to come now that I most likely have to fight for the promotion that they screwed me over on). Lied about not being able to do/fix certain things that they messed up during my first visit. They do not care about you or your time, only their quotas and money.
