They have very comfortable rooms, with a FULL kitchen with a dishwasher. It cost me 99 a night, great price for something that nice. It was like a studio apartment!

To the GM- Please make sure you take care of Kevin, he deserves ALL of the roses. He was extremely busy this evening, and went out of his way to make sure I was properly accommodated. After booking through Expedia, they didn’t properly send over the billing information. Kevin informed me that I should call them, and let them know that he may have to bill my card a second time, but still checked me in and got me situated after almost 1,400 miles of traveling over the last two days. Not being in the greatest of financial situations, it would’ve been extremely taxing to have to pay twice, so he waited until I contacted Expedia. After talking to them, they called the front desk to get the “virtual card situation” taken care of. He recommended they refund the charge on their end, and after following up with Expedia, they did just that, and corrected things with the hotel on their end. The level of accountability, and willingness to be as hospitable as possible does not go without notice, and I certainly appreciate the clear communication on his part. When presented, I will absolutely stay with Candlewood Suites and IHG in the future.Sincerely,A hard-working salesman that travels for a living.

The manager and the other lovely front desk were great. They will get you whatever you need. The older skinny gentleman... Don't bother always says something rude when I ask for toilet paper.Rooms: Cleaning is weekly. I stayed in the room, which the cleaning lady didn't mine. She threw the pillows on the floor, not place them on the clean counter top near the TV?! Sheets are changed weekly, pillow cases are not, unless blood or you ask them. They mop the bathroom and kitchen.. which is nice. Don't expect them to give you everything you need.Remember this is a hotel. How dare they provide you with daily paper towels, toilet paper, and hand wash.Food & drinks: Overpriced. They keep free coffee in the room where they sell food.Noteworthy details: If you're planning to stay long term and have spent over three hundred thousands dollars in the past year living out of hotels.. then you already know bring your own supplies! Some of the staff is very friendly.. when you see a white gray skinny older gentleman... Don't bother. Says the rudes comment about toilet paper.

The only misstep was in the reservation process through which I was assured there was a shuttle between Binghamton airport and hotel by calling front desk upon arrival when in fact there was not costing me $60. I would have stayed elsewhere if this was known.Nearby activities: Chain restaurants

You never know what you’ll get with a Candlewood Suites but this one is by far the best I’ve stayed in. The hotel and room was clean and modern. My only complaint would be would be the noise from the road. Plus you have to remember that Candlewoods do not have breakfast or ice machines.

Most of the staff is too busy on their phones and just don't care to help guests with anything. We've stayed there several times for my husband's work and the rooms are less than clean. Dried food and yuck on cups, plates, walls, stove, and refrigerator. Mold on the inside of the shower. I've never been to a hotel when you leave towels outside of the door to get picked up and they don't leave you replacement towels. Then when you call they want you to bring down your dirty towels before they give you clean ones. You should also tell your staff that the laundry room facilities are for paying guests. People shouldn't have to wait for the front desk clerk to finish her laundry before they can do theirs. No standards. **UPDATE** As you can see from the response of management to any low star reviews, all you get are excuses. When a guest provides feedback, you don't tell them it's their fault and what they should have done. The right thing to do when you are customer service oriented and want to give exceptional service, you take ownership of the issues. I came there and paid for a service, it's their job to provide the standard that they advertise. The comments and feedback are training opportunities with staff. Absolutely unprofessional and immature responses. Management is clearly the problem!

Very bad service and I would never recommend anyone to this hotel. My husband and I stayed there for one month. Room is good but the biggest problem is that they clean the room only once a week and there was a time they did not clean the room for 12 days until I requested at the front desk. Also, I requested to stay 2 more hours after the check out time due to some sudden urgent work but they denied. I am not upset because they denied but the way GM was talking to me. She was extremely rude. We stayed there for a month and did not expect this kind of behavior.

This HAS to be the best hotels I've ever stayed in.I was just hoping the room would have a mini fridge...I wasn't expecting to walk into a full fridge/freezer, sink, stove, dishwasher, and cabinets stocked with various pots, glasses and dinnerware. The room overall was nice and spacious. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to my next visit to this lovely space.Noteworthy details: Plenty of places to dine out in the area (ALOT, really) but if you like to cook your own meals, there are local grocery stores to choose from, then you can go back to your room and chef it up however you like!

The only thing you get for$175.00 is free coffee. No pool no hot tub and their little place to buy snacks is a joke. Plus NO NETFLIX just regular cable. For this kind of money take another half hr ride and stay in Pennsylvania!!!!!

Great experience for the most part. I usually stay at the holiday inn but decided I'd try this out. My room wasn't bad, but it definitely was a little beat up. The kitchen area is a nice touch though, with a fill size fridge. Ample parking which is nice. They've got a grill on the back patio and everyone is pretty friendly if you pass them and they're on the patio.Water pressure in the showers kinda suck, but that's how most hotels are honestly.Would stay here again. I'd recommend staying away from the elevator and away from the back patio room wise if you can. It is close to the parkway, so I'd recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the parkway. Most of my stay the patio was quiet, but one night it did get a little loud.Rooms: Rooms have kitchens.

Room was a bit out of the way but totally worth it. Lovely and clean. Would've stayed another night if I wasn't travelling. Beautiful

Okay place to stay. They have a grille, had great memories here. That remote needs to be replaced…seriously. They also have a plug charging station for electric cars. Two chargers for regular electronics and two additional chargers for handicap parking. There is a fee for using those ports.
