“I've gone here roundabouts 5 times for various tailoring (and once for dry-cleaning) and each time the result has been perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. Their prices are reasonable ($18 to get your pants hemmed) and the turnaround time is good. All the employees, especially the owner; Matt, were extremely kind and made the place a welcome environment.”

However, the pricing is kind of off in my opinion. There was a pair of pull on jeans from Aldi priced at 14.00 while there were Old Navy jeans priced around 10.00-15.00. Just doesn't make sense.”
“I went out here from Horseheads. I honestly did not know if it was still around. The prices are excellent. Cheap like Burlington. Clean store. Literally, we have one opening today in Ithaca. I loved the store plus the Burlington which is somewhere across street there. Great area to shop, eat and watch a movie!”

The store was a little busy, and I was looking for an associate to help me find something. Mrs. Carol went out of her way to assist me. She personally guided me to the section I needed and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
