Went for Pepto, was 50% off clearly on display. At ckout, no discount. Hate the tactics of this. Next, survey on receipt required way more steps than I wanted. More than the code. CVS is not really interested in hearing what you think. I'll go somewhere else.

I really appreciate the pharmacist and the help he gave me.
As far as the store itself it is always a mess whenever I am in it. They need more help in the store to keep the merchandise need and orderly so it looks presentable for sale!!!

One of the worst CVS location pharmacies I’ve been to in my life and I’ve lived in three states! I switched from Wegmans because I needed something closer to vestal but I think I’m considering going back. The pharmacy staffers at this CVS are rude, condescending and somehow the phone lines are never up when the app glitches every chance it gets. I get messages stating medication is ready when it’s not! I’ve blatantly had the pharmacist snap at me over connection issues, I’ve had them blatantly hang up mid call. I came one time to find out they closed early for the day even though the time says open online ! Overall lousy horrible service !(I have ran into one or two good staffers but other than that every time I need my medication I dread coming here. Out of the lets say 10 times I’ve come for medication 1-2 were simple pick ups without any issues involved)

The Vestal CVS in target is by far the best CVS I have ever used! The pharmacists are not only knowledgeable, but helpful, kind and caring. The staff take time to get to know you and I have never felt rushed. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this CVS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have never once had all my medications despite all being sent together. The female pharmacist is rude and short with customers.
