Wow, this was such a fun stop on a day trip to Binghamton. A few things for the kiddos to do inside, and just a beautiful facility.

The staff be so rude & you have to chase someone down for help one time this man gave me the worst attitude while I had my daughter with me over a shoe size & would not let me try the shoe on then another man stepped in & helped me he was so kind I asked him what the other guy problem was he told me he shouldn’t be working that he just had surgery & was walking around grumpy mind you I had to wait atleast 20 mins to even get the shoe from the man & got the wrong size I get anxiety just walking in the place the staff make it no better

First time at this mega store. Nicely designed but staffed poorly.Waited in the youth shoe department for a long time. Finally had to go searching for staff. Accidentally bumped into managers heading to the back of the store and asked for help.In the end the guy who helped us was good and we bought a pair of expensive tennis shoes. My son loves them.Fix the staffing model!

Nice store with lots to do and buy. They had a lot of coats, but none anywhere near my price range. I then turned to Hoka's but the didn't have what I wanted in my size.

Nice place. Lots of activities between the Rockwall, golf, cages, and outdoor area. Wish prices were lower but that's corporate America.

Skated in circles for 30 min. Lots of room inside. Seen a $600. Hockey stick! I recall paying $18. For wood sticks at old man Beams in Binghamton 47 years ago.... Our girls will be swimmers instead. As long as there's no men competing against women by then! Crazy times were in. Rock climbing wall looked fun. It lets you down slow. Putting green was cool.

It's so sad. They went from a store that I prayed would not give me a credit card( because it would bankrupt me in a month) back in the 80s, to a store that they couldn't pay me to get a credit card with now. The fishing section is just wrong. So overpriced, poor selection, just sad. I will never go there again. All sports and yoga pants, no sporting goods.

Dick’s had a chance to make destination location here in JC, and it sounded promising when they said they were opening a House of Sport. You would assume it would be full of the latest gear for the novice to the expert, loaded with experts who could advise anyone who had questions, and covering the sports that are relevant to the area.Instead, they put in a store devoted to selling shoes, Stanley and Yeti tumblers, and overpriced clothing designed for a very narrow market. This area is surrounded by wilderness that is filled with hunters, fishermen, hikers and the like, and yet in their mind’s eye, they thought a fishing department as robust as Walmart’s, and nothing at all dedicated to hunting, either with gun or bow, in the store was a great idea. But, you can find any size Stanley cup, in any color you like! They had the opportunity to offer a good selection of bikes at various price points, along with gear, parts and equipment reminiscent of a local bike shop. Instead, it invokes Walmart yet again, but with low quality versions of high end bikes at high end prices. You blew it Dick’s. You made a bigger gaudier version of the one in Vestal. At least that one had archery and hunting gear.
